This 13 session subject will help you to
- understand the nature and purpose of youth ministry in the Australian context
- develop a biblical and theological framework for youth ministry
- develop basic skills for effective youth ministry
- understand youth ministry in congregational, family, community and school settings.

The topic is taught by a range of experienced youth workers, clergy, chaplains, social workers, teachers and others.

The topic is offered by the Adelaide College of Divinity as part of the Bachelor of Ministry degree. Topic Code: MINS 2510 Flinders University students may enrol in this topic as THEO2510. It will be taught on Thursday evenings, 5.30 - 8.30 pm from the beginning of March.
